Attorney Barry: 

In 2009/10 I was a board officer of the Framingham TownWide and Barbieri Elementary Parent Teacher Organization “PTO.” Parents complained that the then treasurer, Jill Cassidy, was refusing to count the donations in front of a witness. I exhausted every attempt to rectify the matter but soon learned that it the actions were intentional. The Framingham School Committee had a budget deficit of 8 million and PTO board members were illegally fundraising – the School Committee was then misappropriating these donations without the board officers approval. 

I am sure you recall, I was forced to file with the AGO who supported my allegations – emails and conversations confirmed that you intentionally did not register the nonprofit tax-exempts. 

Then TownWide PTO President Margaret Estes stated to the Metrowest Daily News that you and she were going to file for exemption with the AGO based on the same status as the “Red Cross.” As counsel to the PTOs and having worked for the AGO, you had to know this was not an option. I actually spent $500.00 on an attorney for advice for the PTO -he advised I (board officers) could be sued because of our illegal actions. 

Framingham (and then Natick) School Committees created and maintained a hostile environment that was so pervasive and severe (definition of bullying)- that it made my child want to be dead. She was 12 years old and required to be hospitalized- adults/educators did this to my child because of ongoing municipal malfeasance. 

Evidence now confirms that both Framingham and Natick School Committees are continuing to be involved in municipal malfeasance- they cannot account for millions of dollars they received through grants; tax fraud. 

In 2013, Framingham School Committee excluded my daughter from attending – I later learned that you and the board officers failed to re-register with the AGO. Framingham School Committee does not deny my daughter was the only student who splits their time between 2 school districts to be excluded. Evidence supports that she was excluded so that the Framingham School Committee could continue with malfeasance unfettered by my civic duty/integrity. Former TownWide PTO President Scott Wadland was involved in the corruption and has been a school committee member since 2015. 

Evidence supports fellow board officers knew about their duty to loyalty, trust to the nonprofit tax exempt, but chose to conspire with town (now city) and state officials. I met with Senator Karen Spilka and Representative David Linsky -Rep. Jack Lewis refused to meet with us – no one denies their knowledge and involvement in covering up these crimes. 

I also met with Representative Katherine Clark’s aide as well as Senator Elizabeth Warren’s aide -again, no one denies their involvement.

Natick School Committee also excluded my daughter based on residency; they enlisted my neighbors to surveil where she slept at night. Despite the Natick Police Chief providing the factual evidence (only through a court action) which confirmed she was seen in Natick, fulfilling their residency policy, Natick excluded her anyway. 

It is now undisputed that the images my neighbors took of my daughter during surveillance are pornographic(nude/undressed). They are represented by Attorney Robert N. Meltzer who is retained by the Natick School Committee. Our civil and constitutional rights continue to be violated; we continue to be retaliated against. 

Attorney Barry, do you have any of these images in your possession -did you intentionally and willfully not re-register the PTOs in 2013 because you knew about the municipal malfeasance and harm to my child? As an attorney, why didn’t you comply with the laws, why didn’t you comply with the standard rules of conduct for attorneys? 

We seek the truth – I desperately need to help her heal.
