2008 – I prevailed in a ZBA Hearing against my neighbors Paul and Karen Vaz – they were then given a special permit for a new shed to be exercised by November 2010. They never exercised this permit but in July, 2014 they were given a new permit for the same location of the shed the ZBA stated they had to move. The Vazs were given other permits in 2012 for a new kitchen and per emails from Michael Tusino had falsely claimed the kitchen permit was for the shed. Public Records confirm that despite the email from then inspector Paolini no land surveyor report was ever provided. I have been an abutter since 2005 and the Vazs only had their land surveyed once in 2018 and only after I filed in Superior Court. The Judge in the matter, Judge Camille Sarrouf does not deny or dispute that he was complicit with “fraud upon the court.” He knew there were no other land surveyor reports despite court testimony stating “all land surveyor reports show no encroachment.”
